    What is FIBNB?

    FIBNB.com is an easy way to book your next holidays in Florence. Property owners in Florence have listed their apartments on our website and you can find all the information about the apartment in our listings page. You can view the availability calendar for the property and ask any questions about the apartment before you book.

    When you are ready to make a booking you can do so by completing the form on the property listings page, and then pay for the rental using a credit card. If you prefer you may also make payment using the International bank transfer mechanism, and these details are provided on the payment screen of the booking process.

    Once we receive your reservation we will provide you with the details of the property owner so you can make arrangements for your arrival in Florence.

    There are no service fees for making reservations on FIBNB, the price you see at the top of the page, is the price you will be paying per night. The only exception are the additional fees for cleaning and the local tourist tax, which are clearly displayed on the property listings page.

    How to pay for your holiday rental?

    Using either credit card or by sending the reservation fees by international bank transfer you can book any of the properties on FIBNB.com. You will be provided with the details of the property owner upon receipt of the booking fees.

    If you wish to cancel your booking, you can find details of the exact cancellation policy of the property on the property listings page as well as the dedicated question in this FAQ.

    What if I want to cancel a reservation?

    FIBNB.com wants you to have a hassle free booking experience. Sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. The cancellation terms promised by our property owners is as follows;

    • If you cancel up to 15 days prior to arrival you will receive 100% refund.
    • If you cancel within 15 days of arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.

    A property owner may consider alternative refund terms for the guest should they cancel within the 15 day threshold, but these will be in exceptional cases and at their discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to act as a mediator in the case of cancellations, but we will be more than happy to provide any information that may be helpful.

    Our apartment is available for short-let holiday/vacation rentals and is near to the center of Florence. It is equipped with all modern conveniences and comes with our 32 page welcome guide that explains the main features of the apartment, what to find in the vicinity (the whereabouts of supermarkets, restaurants and other local services), as well as a guide to some of the best things to see in Florence. The flat also has traditional guides in English and Italian to the historic city, and we provide maps of the centre to take with you during your stay. Arrive with just your bags and you’ll find everything you need to enjoy your holiday at your fingertips.

    ABOUT THE AREA

    A modern, clean apartment situated near the centre of Florence and fitted with all modern-conveniences. Located in a quiet residential area off Liberty Square the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy the magnificent city of Florence on foot. The Duomo can be reached in 12/15 minutes and the route will take you right past the local tourist information office .

    The apartment itself is on the doorstep of all the essential services you might need: supermarket, pharmacy, butchers, green grocers, and bakers. While for more leisurly pursuits, both Perseus restaurant, famous for their Florentine steak, and one of the best pints of beer in the city (Braumeister) are a minutes stroll! If you like to start your day with a coffee, Giurovich has been serving Florentine’s nearby for over a century.
